Our dental financial policy helps to ensure that Dr. Hadeed and his staff are able to provide you with the finest and most comprehensive periodontal & dental implant services available today. Since every patient’s condition and treatment needs are unique, we will complete our comprehensive examination and consultation before presenting a treatment plan and the fees for service.

Naturally, the fees will vary depending upon your condition, the complexity of your case, and the length of your treatment. We are concerned about your periodontal & dental implant care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. Our philosophy is to treat you as comprehensively and conservatively as possible in order to attain your maximum treatment goals.

Our staff is highly skilled at determining and maximizing your insurance benefits. However, the cost of necessary treatment is ultimately the patient’s personal responsibility. Our business staff will make every effort to make sure your treatment is financially manageable.

Emergency/Single-Visit Payments

For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).

Multiple Visit Payment Options

Option 1: Full Payment at Time of Service – 5 percent fee reduction for payment before treatment is rendered.

Selection of this option gives you the maximum savings on the cost of your treatment plan because the billing expenses we save are passed on to you in the form of a 5 percent discount. We will provide you with specific details if you chose this option.

Option 2: Outside Financing – For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, we are affiliated with outside third party credit institutions that are specific to dental care to further help you attain your treatment needs. Some examples are Care Credit and The Lending Club.
