I had some concerns with some gum recession, went to google and found Dr. Hadeed’s office.. I called and spoke to Tracy. Immediately met with such kindness and sweetness, and Scheduled an appointment within a few days. As soon as I walked in I was nervous, I met Dr. Hadeed and he immediately shook my hand and reassured me to not be nervous. Dr. Hadeed and Tracy did a complete exam and took the time with me and went over several options. Within a week I was scheduled for an upper quadrant graft. Dr. Hadeed along with Tracy and staff answered all my questions and put me at ease. The process and procedure went so well. Dr. Hadeed explained everything as he did the procedure and I was totally at ease and calm.. Afterwards Dr. Hadeed checked on me that same night calling and texting me to check on me.. it has now been 4 days after the procedure and everything has been excellent. Some minor pain and slight swelling. The whole time Dr. Hadeed has checked on me to ensure I am doing well.. Dr. Hadeed and Tracy feel like family with the level of concern and kindness they have shown me. I would recommend Dr. Hadeed and his staff! They are the absolute best! Thank you Dr. Hadeed ,Tracy and staff for everything!
